Refunds/cancellations 

NO refund is allowed, only on special occasions.

NO refunds and cancellations for PRE-ORDER products, only for special cases and/or we state otherwise (mistakes during manufacturing, etc).

Lost and/or damaged goods 

Lost packages: We will not be responsible for lost packages, although we will try our best to help out.

If you chose non tracked/signed shipping we won't be able to help to find your package.

We only offer tracked shipping internationally, but some countries only do tracked (e.g.: Philippines, Mexico & Puerto Rico)

 

Damaged items: we pack every item as carefully as possible! It is out of our hand what happens to the package after we drop them off at the post office and they send them out. Please keep in mind sending you a new package cause us a big loss. If you decide you would like to get a new item, you need to buy it again

Our apologies, but we are only a small business and we can't afford to replace every damaged item caused by the courier.
